This policy applies to all digital products, services, and programs offered through this website, including Alma Elite programs.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDF)

Due to the nature of digital products:

all sales are final once the purchase is completed

access is granted immediately after purchase

no refunds are provided for downloaded or accessed digital content

This is in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations when the customer has given explicit consent to immediate access.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

3. SERVICES AND PROGRAMS (ALMA ELITE)

The customer may request cancellation of a service or program.

In case of cancellation:

refunds are subject to the portion of the service not yet delivered

any content already delivered or accessed will be deducted from the refund

in some cases, a partial refund may apply

Important note for Alma Elite programs:

only 50% of the total contract amount will be refundable.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
