3. PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
Before completing the purchase, the customer is provided with clear and comprehensive information regarding:

payment methods
delivery conditions
duration of services (if applicable)
existence or absence of the right of withdrawal

may be delivered immediately or progressively
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
9.1 EXCEPTION FOR DIGITAL CONTENT
The right of withdrawal does not apply where:
the customer has requested immediate access to the digital content
the customer has given explicit consent
and has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal
9.2 SERVICES
In the case of services:
if the service has begun with the customer’s prior consent
the right of withdrawal may be limited proportionally
10. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Refunds are processed only where legally applicable.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
10.1 ALMA ELITE PROGRAMS
With respect to Alma Elite programs:
In case of cancellation by the customer:
only 50% of the total contract amount will be refundable.
11. USE OF CONTENT
The customer agrees to:
use the content for personal use only
not copy, distribute, or share the content
not resell or sublicense the content
